Watermelon Grape Smoothie Recipe

Watermelon and grapes come together in this delicious smoothie recipe. The watermelon provides hydration, making this smoothie a great way to take back the day. Definitely a refreshing spring-summer beverage!


Ingredients


1/2 c. fresh-squeezed orange juice – directly from the fruit!

1 c. watermelon chunks, frozen

1/2 c. silken tofu (not to be confused with firm tofu)

1 c. seedless grapes, cleaned and frozen

1 t. agave syrup (optional)


Directions


1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or a blending bullet

2. Blend everything until smooth and slush-like

3. Transfer into a glass or two


Makes up to 2 servings


Recipe Notes


→Frozen grapes are great for snacking too!


→To create a smoothie bowl, use ¼ cup of orange juice instead of ½ cup. Toss on some coconut, toasted pine nuts and/or some chia seeds.
